1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bang12 ("bang12", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bang12 online gaming platform accessible at bang12.app and all associated services, products, features, and content offered through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

bang12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where material changes are made, bang12 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register for and use the bang12 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bang12 does not permit use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 18. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bang12 or any associated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incapacitated are not permitted to use the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, company, or organisation. Player accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

bang12 targets players in Bangladesh and has designed its Platform specifically for the Bangladeshi market. The Platform operates in English and processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players located in Bangladesh who meet the eligibility requirements above are welcome to register and play. bang12 does not direct its services at residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, and such individuals should not attempt to register or use the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of bang12 — including the ability to deposit funds, place bets, and withdraw winnings — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of account balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bang12 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bang12 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bang12 support immediately at [email protected]. bang12 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account upon receiving such notification.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bang12 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances as deemed necessary by bang12's compliance procedures. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar)
• Proof of the payment method used (screenshot or statement from the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposit)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by bang12's compliance team

bang12 targets completion of standard KYC verification within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bang12 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bang12 does not charge players any fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through the Platform's supported payment methods. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside bang12's control.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bang12 is ৳200. Deposits are processed in real time and credited to your bang12 account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. bang12 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — operated by Bangladesh Post Office, widely available nationwide
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service
• Upay — UCB mobile wallet service

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bang12 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from payment accounts not matching the name on your bang12 account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bang12 targets a withdrawal processing time of 1–4 hours following verification approval during normal operating hours.

bang12 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where fraud indicators are present. Players who have received bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bang12 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms will take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by bang12 are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, where applicable, are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms and are expressed as a multiplier (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means that ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted).

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bang12 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or other fraudulent methods will have their bonus winnings forfeited and their account suspended. Determining what constitutes bonus abuse is at bang12's sole reasonable discretion.

5.3 Promotional Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players only. bang12 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player is ineligible or attempting to abuse the promotion. Promotions are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where winnings are successfully unlocked in accordance with applicable wagering requirements.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bang12 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one player account on the bang12 Platform, whether using the same or different personal details
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC processes
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents Platform security
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud bang12 or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for the movement of proceeds of crime
• Accessing the Platform while self-excluded or attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion arrangement
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bang12 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors in a way that provides an unintended financial advantage — such bugs must be reported to support immediately

bang12 employs ongoing monitoring systems to detect suspicious account behaviour, unusual betting patterns, and potential fraud. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bang12 reserves the right to take immediate remedial action, including suspending account access, withholding pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently closing accounts where findings of fraud are confirmed.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games and betting products available on the bang12 Platform are subject to the individual game rules published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All virtual casino games at bang12 — including slots, table games, and dice games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. This technology ensures that every outcome is statistically independent, unpredictable, and free from manipulation. RNG certification is maintained through ongoing testing by independent auditors.

7.2 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games (including live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat) are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by leading providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. 7.3 Sports Betting & Cricket Markets

Sports betting markets, including cricket betting markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a betting market, the decision of bang12's trading team is final, subject to a formal complaint procedure outlined in Section 8.

7.4 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table game titles are available upon request by contacting bang12 support. RTPs are determined by the game provider and are not modified by bang12. Typical RTP ranges vary by game category; players are encouraged to request RTP information for specific titles before playing.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bang12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual
• Player request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their bang12 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected] with a written request. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in the account (after deduction of applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

bang12 offers a self-exclusion facility for players who feel that their gambling may be becoming a problem. Players may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a permanent exclusion by contacting support. 8.3 Complaints & Disputes

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your bang12 experience, including game outcomes, withdrawal processing, or account decisions, you should submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue. bang12 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and will aim to resolve them within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to mutual satisfaction, bang12 will communicate the outcome of its internal review process in writing.

8.4 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bang12's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. Players agree that they will not bring any class action or representative claims against bang12.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bang12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bang12's reasonable control. bang12's total liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bang12 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
